I am always happy to provide a fixed quote if required.

There is an additional charge for any bookings starting between 6pm - 8am. There is no VAT to pay on these prices.

Cancellation fees
A minimum of 24 hours is needed in order to change the time and date of a booking. If the booking is unable to go ahead due to van size issues or other unforeseen problems which are outside of the driver's control, you will be charged a 35% cancellation fee.

Door to door Service

I am not liable for any damage whether to premises, property or the goods as a result of moving goods under your express instruction, and against my advice where moving the goods in the manner instructed will inevitably cause damage
